- Plan activation starts only after order confirmation and payment confirmation.
- Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Plan resources are intended for normal course operation. Abnormal usage, unusually high traffic, or special infrastructure needs may require review, upgrade, or a custom quote.
Setup and Maintenance Fees
- Initial platform setup fee: NT$5,000.
- Storage, viewer seats, module fees, maintenance, traffic, and app-related fees are billed according to the selected plan or quote.
- Dedicated iOS and Android app services may require separate setup, design, submission, account, or maintenance fees.
Platform and External Services
- Services that depend on YouTube, Google, Facebook, Apple, payment gateways, SMS vendors, or other third-party platforms are subject to those providers' rules and availability.
- Access from specific regions may be affected by local network conditions, firewall rules, or third-party service restrictions.
- If a third-party provider changes a policy, API, fee, review rule, or technical limit, related LOL functions may require adjustment.
Customer Content Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for the legality, copyright status, licensing, and accuracy of uploaded content.
- Illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content is not allowed.
- BlueEyes may suspend or refuse service when content or usage creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
Custom Requirements
- Migration, custom integration, custom workflow, special storage, special traffic, and custom development work are quoted separately.
- Timeline and cost depend on the confirmed scope, technical review, and external service requirements.
